The Archimedes Academy is WAMGROUP's internal Training Centre, dedicated to fostering the professional growth and expertise of our employees. We are committed to the continuous development of skills and knowledge, ensuring our team remains at the cutting edge of industry advancements.

Our comprehensive training programmes cover a wide range of topics, including technical skills, marketing, product knowledge, leadership, and personal development. Delivered by industry experts, these programmes ensure that our employees are well-equipped to address the evolving challenges of our sector.

The Academy supports the professional growth of WAMGROUP's 2,500+ employees worldwide and also offers training courses for our network of distributors and customers.

As a hub of knowledge, the Archimedes Academy collaborates with secondary schools, universities, professional training institutions, and business schools both in Italy and abroad, facilitating joint training programmes and reinforcing our commitment to education and professional development.

The WAMGROUP Archimedes Academy covers approximately 400 square metres and is equipped with two seminar rooms, each seating 30 people, as well as the Sala Leonardo, a 90-person meeting room designed for larger events.

To ensure training excellence for a diverse global audience, the Archimedes Academy operates in two locations: Italy and China.
