Come meet us at POWTECH to see our latest innovations in the Bulk Solids Industry:

Our WAMAIR Stand-Alone Polygonal Dust Collector (FPSA), a versatile and robust polygonal dust collector, is mainly used in the building materials industry, metalworking, foundries, surface treatment, grinding and cutting dust extraction, as well as in the glass industry. The FPSA can be equipped with pleated POLYPLEAT™ or bag filter elements, whose filter media can be made of water-/oil-repellent, nano-fibre, antistatic, or flame-retardant materials. Depending on its configuration, WAMAIR Stand-Alone can handle air volumes of up to 14,000 Nm³/h.


The SBB-ADS FIBC Discharger with Anti-Dust System has been developed for the efficient and hygienic emptying of bulk bags. Equipped with an integrated anti-dust system, it ensures safe, clean, and user-friendly handling of FIBCs. Since the system is completely enclosed, the operator does not come into contact with the material, which significantly increases safety when handling fine or dusty powders.










We will also be presenting an exciting, innovative solution for screw conveyors: the MICRODEX Fine-Feeding Screw. With its hygienic design, the MICRODEX minimises residue. This versatile screw feeder has a modular design and can be dismantled into short individual components in just a few steps, drastically reducing cleaning effort and downtime.




The new RSM Manual Bag Opener comes in a completely new, compact design. The integrated fan and the powerful polyTUBE™ dust collector ensure optimal dust extraction. Thanks to fully electric operation, no compressed air is required, making bag emptying much more cost-efficient to operate.












The VPM Multi-Choke Valve is suitable for the controlled discharge and shutting off of powders, granules, pellets, and flaky materials. The segmented design of the square damper allows the material flow to be regulated. The use of SINT™ engineering polymer prevents caking and incrustations while ensuring a long service life.







The VFD Paddle Wheel Valve is the ideal solution for reliable discharge, flow control, and feeding of fine, uniform materials with a particle size of up to 1.5mm. It can be installed at inlets and outlets, allowing efficient emptying or filling of drums, containers, and FIBCs.
