The CHIOR CPT Pump is designed for handling livestock waste and processing residues from non-homogeneous industrial plants that are challenging to pump. Its integrated grinder efficiently breaks down solid residues in the slurry, enabling smoother transfer. Operated exclusively via a PTO drive shaft, the pump’s performance and power absorption vary with the tractor’s PTO speed, up to a maximum of 1000 rpm.

Designed for tractor-driven operation, this pump efficiently shreds and transfers slurry using an advanced cutting system. Engineered for handling materials with high solid content, it is suitable for various sectors, including agriculture, biogas, environmental technology, and the food industry.

Pump's wet end and gearbox completely separated, preventing gearbox contamination in case of mechanical seal failure
Oil-lubricated mechanical sealing system for enhanced durability
Fixed knives, helicoid, and impeller blades made from treated and hardened materials for increased wear resistance
Suction flange designed for high suction capacity while minimising turbulence
Capable of handling slurry with up to 12% solids
Operates at speeds of up to 2,600 rpm
Not suitable for dry running
