Mixing and homogenising are critical in plastic additives, powder coating, and pigment processing, enabling gentle homogenisation or intensive mixing of duromers, elastomers, and raw materials, including dyeing and coating powder dry blends with resins and fillers. Our dispersing techniques ensure micro-fine distribution of colour pigments, even in explosive atmospheres. Coating granulates with ductility aids, along with agglomeration and granulation processes, hydrophobe hygroscopic plastic powders and pre-process insulation materials. Vacuum mixing-drying is used for synthetic PP and PE materials after precipitation or stripping, allowing precise reaction control and efficient processing.
